Restaurant Operation Executive

A key role where you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the smooth operation of the restaurant, analyzing and reviewing generated reports to identify areas of improvement, collaborating with the team to ensure efficient execution of services, and implementing cost control measures to maintain profitability.

Additionally, you will be fostering a positive work environment by motivating and developing employees, enhancing their skills and productivity.

Requirements include best administrative skills, strong leadership skills, strong time management, numeric competence, excellent accounting, technical and analytical skills, good communication skills, teamwork, and negotiation skills.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree preferred. A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations, accounts, and finance is mandatory for this position.
