Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of Head of International Collaborations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating international collaborations with universities and industries, ensuring smooth execution of agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with external stakeholders for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Supervise administrative staff to ensure efficient internal operations and task management.

Qualifications:

  • PhD Degree in any discipline.
  • 12 years' experience in a reputable national or international organization.
  • Minimum 4 years of post-PhD experience in strategic communications, international partnerships, or academic administration, preferably in higher education.
  • 2-4 years' experience with communications pertaining to international collaborations with universities and industry.
  • 2-4 years' experience in organizing high-level meetings and engagements with international and national stakeholders.

Desirable Qualification:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise staff and coordinate inter-departmental projects.

Key Skills:

  • Familiarity with institutional governance, decision-making processes, and coordination with senior management.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with senior management and faculty.
  • Strong writing skills for drafting reports, agreements, and official documentation.

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
