Job Overview

Seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead operational excellence across multiple retail pharmacy locations. As a strategic finance and operations expert, you will drive business growth by optimizing store performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of customer-centricity.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of pharmacy and retail best practices, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing action plans to improve efficiency and profitability, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across assigned pharmacy locations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Lead, coach, and support store managers and pharmacy staff to meet sales targets, operational goals, and customer service standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational budgets, inventory levels, and staffing requirements.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across all stores.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support rollouts of new products, services, technologies, and initiatives across locations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA or PharmD preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit operations management, preferably in retail pharmacy, healthcare, or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations, healthcare regulations, and pharmacy compliance.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
