Business Development Manager - Cisco

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive and improve vendor sales while meeting both vendor and company objectives and targets.

  • This role is critical in driving innovation and growth within our organization, highlighting our cutting-edge solutions and enabling us to maintain leadership in the technology distribution industry.

In this position, you will play a key part in our team that drives Ingram Micro's campaigns, strategizing and executing them along with Product Managers assigned for the product.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Planning and researching Ingram Micro's position/market share per region/channel segment and sharing inputs with Product Managers.
  2. Supporting the execution of the Marketing Plan, working closely with the marketing team for implementation and measuring each event's success rate.
  3. Suggesting Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to ensure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments for the assigned business.
  4. Generating sales pipeline and ensuring closures through negotiations and value propositions.
  5. Developing close relationships with vendors and channels at every level.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree with 5+ years of experience in sales and business development for Cisco and other related products/technologies.
  • Experience working with IT distribution, system integrators and dealing with end-users.
  • Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
  • A self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • A strong 'customer-first' mentality, able to utilize relationships to drive results.
