About the Role

We're seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive quality excellence across our products. As a key member of our team, you'll have the unique opportunity to restructure and revamp our entire QA department.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the Restructuring of QA Department: Rethink workflows and processes to elevate quality standards across all projects.
  • Foster a Culture of Excellence: Create an environment where engineers are inspired to learn and innovate.
  • Optimize QA Team Efficiency: Monitor team performance and dynamically allocate resources based on project needs.
  • Drive Automation Adoption: Transition from manual testing to automated, AI-driven QA workflows.
  • Implement Testing Frameworks: Introduce and implement automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and AI-driven testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl).
  • Integrate Testing into CI/CD Pipelines: Utilize advanced test management systems (e.g., TestRail, Jira) to ensure our QA processes stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering: A related field is preferred.
  • 8+ Years in Software Quality Assurance: At least 3+ years in a QA lead or management role driving teams and QA strategy.
  • Hands-on Experience with Test Automation: Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with AI-Driven Testing Platforms: Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms (e.g., Testim, Mabl) and a willingness to implement innovative testing solutions.
  • Track Record of Inspiring Teams: Demonstrated ability to guide high-performing teams and excel at mentorship and people development.
  • Critical Thinking and Attention to Detail: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in software systems.
  • Modern QA Practices: Deep understanding of modern QA practices and a quality engineering mindset.
