Content Creation Role

AL RAUF GROUP is seeking a skilled Content Creator to develop high-quality content for various platforms. This full-time role requires working on-site in Karachi, where you will be responsible for brainstorming and creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, collaborating with design and marketing teams, conducting research to support content creation, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase followers and engagement.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Conduct research to support content creation and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and company goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong Writing, Creative Writing, and Copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and formats.
  • Experience with Content Strategy and Content Marketing, including developing content calendars and measuring campaign success.
  • Basic Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation skills, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing, including paid advertising and analytics.
  • Excellent Research and Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proofreading and Editing skills to ensure high-quality content, with attention to detail and grammar.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Schedule and Work Environment:
