Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to lead our financial operations in GP Northern Punjab. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

  • Financial Management: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and payment management.
  • Process Improvement: Oversee financial processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Compliance and Audit: Collaborate with external auditors and regulators during financial audits to ensure seamless communication and compliance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist Regional Accounts Manager in preparing annual budgets, coordinating with department heads for timely and accurate completion of department budgets.
  • Financial Analysis: Compile annual budget estimates submitted by departments and conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Data Collection: Collect financial data from all areas during annual budget preparation and closing of regional office Imprest, Area Manager Imprest, Area office Imprest, Fuel & Schools Petty cash expenditures on time.
  • System Integration: Involved in the preparation and submission of system-generated PR to Head office after Regional Manager Approval.
  • Accounts Reconciliation: Assist Regional Accounts Manager in performing monthly accounts reconciliation with the financial records maintained at Area level.
  • Payment Follow-up: Follow up the status of funds approved from head office through emails and phone calls to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Cash Management: Ensure CBC approval from bank for cheque encashment at area level.
  • Petty Cash Management: Manage region office petty cash for daily expenses and ensure cash is placed in safe custody.
  • Reimbursement: Ensure schools and areas receive monthly reimbursements/funds on time, converting Microsoft Excel into ERP software using Excel macro formulas for work efficiency and effectiveness.
