
Online Bidding Strategist

We are seeking a driven and ambitious professional to lead our business development efforts, specifically in online bidding. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sustainable financial growth through effective sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate target-based revenues from new customer acquisitions.
- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy that balances financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough research to identify emerging markets and customer needs.
- Utilize various channels such as online bidding portals, email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing platforms to generate business.
- Manage leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and set up meetings to foster strong client relationships.
- Review proposals submitted by business analysts, focusing on technical aspects, timeframe, costing, and other details as per client requirements.
- Provide timely and accurate management information, including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and key performance indicators.
- Apply sales methodologies effectively in sales situations.
- Responsible for bidding on web development, mobile applications, software development, game development, and digital marketing projects.
- Research potential leads from business directories, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other sources.
- Excellent communication skills - English (speaking and writing).
- Candidates must have an IT background and be familiar with IT technologies.
- Must be available during US and Europe time zones.
- Strong negotiation, planning, and time management skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence and self-motivation.
- Ability to work closely with development teams and designing teams.
Bidders must have their own profiles showcasing completed and ongoing projects in web/mobile development, digital marketing, SEO, and content writing domains.
They can work according to USA and UK time zones to kick-start the business development process and win projects for global marketers and software engineers working on Drupal/WordPress/Magento or other CRM & CMS, Full Stack JS development, DevOps, and SQA.
The candidate must have a good internet connection and a personal laptop.
Weekly Hours / Part-time: 3 hours daily (Mon-Fri)
