
Expansion and Growth Manager

This is an excellent chance for a skilled Business Development professional to take on a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in the BPO and outbound sales sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategies to acquire new business and grow existing client accounts
- Utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, email automation platforms, etc.
- Conducting market research to identify prospects and convert leads into sales
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with the operations and HR team to ensure client expectations are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in BPO/Call Center industry)
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in major BD tools: CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, etc.
- Must be proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated
