Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the e-commerce industry.
- Engage with retail brands and restaurants to promote the adoption of digital ordering and payment systems, ensuring a seamless transition that enhances their business operations.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities that will contribute to improved customer acquisition and increased sales performance.
- Utilize tools like Excel or specialized software to monitor and evaluate sales pipelines, making data-driven decisions to refine sales strategies and achievable projections.
- Foster strong relationships with relevant organizations to create partnerships that provide added value to our clientele and enrich service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the unique benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams and support staff to ensure that digital solutions are delivered accurately and align with customer expectations.
- Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all aspects are beneficial for both parties while maintaining strong ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business.
