Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Theater Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a passion for promoting a safe and efficient working environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Operating Theatre setting and at least 2 years of managerial experience.

About the Role

This role involves monitoring patient care processes, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and reporting any concerns or issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively, and that high-quality patient care is delivered at all times.

You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other personnel to ensure that all aspects of patient care are coordinated and executed smoothly.

  • Effective communication and coordination ensure smooth processes in Operating Rooms.
  • Maintain records of procedures and report unusual occurrences to the relevant authorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care processes in the preoperative environment.
  • Promote a work environment demonstrating caring by ensuring accessibility of safe equipment and adequate supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Operating Theatre setting.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
