Telecommunications Sales Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other channels to promote our range of telecommunications products and services.
- Listen to customer needs, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products and services to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information using our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and product developments to effectively position our products and differentiate ourselves in the market.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address complaints in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- We encourage matric/intermediate students to apply.
- A proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, are necessary.
- A results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals is required.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is important.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed is also required.
