About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for Mobilink Bank by fostering strong relationships with small and medium-sized business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve set objectives, working closely with Branch Managers/Relationship Managers.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market assessments to identify potential customers and new business opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs and objectives.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to the bank's code of ethics and standards.
  • Lending and Collections: Ensure efficient lending processes, proactive collections, and timely loan repayments through effective communication with customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree from a reputable institution is required; an MBA is considered desirable.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
