About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee and manage our internal web infrastructure, as well as support clients in setting up Google Workspace and Google Workspace for Education environments.

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining internal websites, servers, and hosting infrastructure, ensuring site performance, data security, and uptime monitoring.

You will lead website updates, integrations, and troubleshooting, set up and manage Google Workspace and Google Workspace for Education accounts for clients, and guide them through onboarding, configuration, and training.

In addition, you will provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting, lead a small IT support team, and coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers.

You will also create IT documentation, workflows, and SOPs, oversee procurement and management of hardware and software assets, and support our technology roadmap aligned with organizational growth.
