Equipment Inspector

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and integrity of our equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversight of vibration analysis programs for rotary equipment in collaboration with third-party experts.
• Closely working with maintenance teams to implement recommendations effectively.
• Coordinate inspections of static equipment through third-party companies, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Implementing Risk-Based Inspection plans to enhance equipment reliability.
• Developing comprehensive inspection packages for plant turnarounds.
• Executing and overseeing all inspection activities during turnaround periods to ensure quality and safety.
• Implementing PSM modules related to Mechanical Integrity and Quality Assurance.
• Monitoring OPEX for plant inspections and CAPEX projects.
• Conducting Root Cause Analysis for mechanical damage in equipment.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in inspection and condition monitoring.
• Proficiency in vibration analysis tools and techniques.
• Good knowledge of API, ASME, and ASTM standards.
• Hands-on experience with RBI planning and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Certification in Condition Monitoring or Vibration Analysis.
