About the Role

This position demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for empowering others. You will be responsible for:

  • Strategically assessing candidates' experience, skills, and credentials to match them with the most suitable client opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure talent mapping aligns with evolving client requirements.
  • Leading mock interviews to improve candidate presentation and preparedness.
  • Serving as the liaison between candidates and commercial teams, ensuring smooth coordination of interviews, timelines, and client communications.
  • Integrating commercial team feedback into enablement strategies and continuously refining processes to meet client demands.
Key QualificationsProfessional Experience
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in client enablement, recruitment, corporate coaching, communication, or a related field.
  • A background in customer success, talent matching, or end-to-end recruitment processes is highly desirable.
Essential Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • An analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
