About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Education Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for advising students on educational opportunities in the UK, managing student applications, coordinating with partner universities, providing training to junior counselors, and maintaining records of student interactions and progress.

Responsibilities

  • Advisory and Counseling: Advising students on educational opportunities, managing and processing student applications, and maintaining student records.
  • Communication and Interpersonal: Providing training to junior counselors and coordinating with partner universities.
  • Analytical Skills: Assessing student profiles and providing appropriate educational guidance.
  • Organization and Multitasking: Managing multiple student cases efficiently and meeting deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in education consultancy or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
