About the Role
This is a leadership position that requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong management skills. As a Senior General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing the safe, efficient, and economical distribution of natural gas in a designated service area.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction;
- Leading and motivating a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals;
- Maintaining effective relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners;
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies;
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business);
- At least 17 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years in a senior management role;
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of success;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
