**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a BIM Coordinator on large-scale projects, developing your skills and contributing to the future of construction technology.

You will support the development of Building Execution Plans (BEP) for assigned projects and implement BIM processes according to agreed plans. Your role will involve managing project BIM standards, facilitating workflows across various disciplines, and maintaining the central BIM model.

As a BIM Coordinator, you will perform regular model reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues proactively. You will also prepare high-quality BIM outputs, including models, clash reports, asset data, and 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop BIM plans: Support the BIM Manager in creating and implementing BEPs for assigned projects.
  • Implement BIM processes: Execute BIM implementation processes according to agreed BEPs, ensuring smooth workflow across all project disciplines.
  • Manage BIM standards: Take charge of developing, implementing, and enforcing project BIM standards for all related deliverables.
  • Coordinate workflows: Facilitate BIM workflows and processes across various project disciplines, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
  • Maintain central model: Manage and maintain the central BIM model, ensuring version control and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educational background: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, with a strong foundation in construction principles.
  • Industry experience: At least 5 years of working experience in design engineering, construction engineering, or Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) project management.
  • BIM expertise: 4 years of relevant BIM experience as a Project level BIM Coordinator, preferably in large-scale or infrastructure projects.
  • Project cycle knowledge: Experience in completing a full project cycle at design or construction phase is highly valued.
  • Certifications: Possession of Certificate in Building Information Modelling (BIM), BIM Management, or DDM tier3 is advantageous.
  • Software proficiency: Familiarity with coordination software such as Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360 is a plus.
