This role involves ensuring quality in the market by supporting customer and consumer-facing segments. Daily activities include implementing, executing, improving, and providing quality support to supply chain operations, logistics, warehousing, systems, customer service, and legal teams.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Deploying IC Quality strategy, governance, and goals through Pakistan-specific projects and targets
  • Participating in communication of local regulatory requirements and changes, and supporting work with quality partner teams to ensure compliance at manufacturing sites and warehouses
  • Supporting interface with Consumer/Customer care lines for feedback and coordination in closure
  • Driving local marketplace product quality incident management and consequent actions
  • Coordinating and leading Good Cold Chain Practices (GCCP) across all IC cold chain (primary and secondary) including quality audits and temperature governance
  • Ensuring CRQS and quality checks at primary, secondary, and market place/IC cabinets, and developing reporting and escalation mechanisms
  • Leading or supporting development of Q improvement activities based on monitoring and manipulation of marketplace data from multiple channels (e.g., consumer & customer care lines, digital voice of the consumer, on-shelf inspections, warehouse & re-packer data, employee observations, etc.)
  • Supporting improvement projects related to import/export, innovation quality, customer quality, and logistics quality; managing inter-company quality agreements (ICQA)
  • Supporting the digital agenda of the Pakistan Quality team, including execution and deployment of Quality One and in-house digital capabilities to improve agility
  • To assist in supplier quality program, audits, and improvement projects; supplier non-conformance closures, and reduction of material rejections in partnership with procurement
