Centre Support Assistant:

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Centre Support Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The Role:

As a Centre Support Assistant, you will work closely with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences. You will be responsible for planning and executing events, promotions, and other initiatives that drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the Community Manager to plan and execute events, promotions, and other initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and feedback
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using MS Office and other basic IT packages
