We are seeking a seasoned Engineer with expertise in Telecommunication / Electronics to fill a key role within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of complex telecommunication equipment and facilities, including electronic switching systems, copper telephone facilities, video conferencing links, and fiber optics.

  • Design, commission, and monitor complex systems, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Oversee day-to-day Telecom operations, ensuring timely fault resolution and upgrades in collaboration with the team.
  • Develop and provide comprehensive telecommunications scope, estimates, and specifications for senior management as required.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate telecommunications aspects of tenders against prescribed standards as required in support of management.
  • Investigate and resolve telecommunications network commissioning issues as required.
  • Ensure up-to-date telecommunications network records following completion of a project.
  • Cooperate with Assets and Operations for formal handover procedure of telecommunications equipment.
  • Participation in risk management framework and organization-wide activities.
  • Proactive management of key risks in a timely manner.
  • Active participation in regular training sessions on risk management.
  • Ongoing task assignment from senior management.
