Our team is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the creative direction of our visual content across various platforms. This Associate Art Director role requires an individual with a strong aesthetic sense, ability to translate brand strategy into compelling creative direction, and exceptional leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design team in concept development, art direction, and execution of all visual projects. They will work closely with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to develop cohesive campaigns that align with brand goals.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in a senior design or art direction role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) is essential.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for storytelling through design.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the creative approach fresh and relevant.
