About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential office locations, negotiating with office managers, and identifying potential leads.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential office locations to inquire about office availability for QMEs.
  • Negotiating and persuading office managers to facilitate office placements.
  • Identifying potential leads and maintaining a database for follow-ups.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Strong fluency in English (both written and spoken) for professional communication.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.

Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in international operations support or international client communications is required.
