We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Analysis specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements for workflow improvements.
  • Engage key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive requirements capture.
  • Conduct analysis by assessing current workflows and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of requirements through thorough reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with Identity & Access Management controls.
  • Complete reviews, secure approvals from product owners, and facilitate estimation.
  • Document all requirements and user stories in Jira, ensuring alignment with development teams.
  • Oversee task allocation and story assignments to development teams, ensuring timely completion.
  • Support deployment planning and execution, with a deep understanding of project epics.
  • Develop communication strategies in collaboration with product owners, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Facilitate testing by coordinating required teams and managing testing processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned epics until deployment completion.
  • Provide consultancy support for other projects as needed.
  • Estimate project timelines and ensure effective planning to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Organize and conduct story reviews and facilitate meetings.
  • Analyze data usage patterns to identify potential quality issues and risks.
  • Promote operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk and proactively minimize potential disruptions.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage dependencies and issues to prevent project delays.

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on similar projects, be familiar with industry standards, and possess a strong understanding of business operations.
