This is a laboratory technician position that involves performing experiments, preparing and handling samples, operating equipment, and recording data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experimentation: Conduct laboratory experiments following established protocols and procedures to collect accurate and reliable data.
  • Sample Preparation: Prepare and handle samples, reagents, and solutions with attention to accuracy and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Maintenance and Operation: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, performing routine calibration and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Data Management: Record experimental data accurately and maintain organized records of procedures, protocols, and results.
  • Analysis and Interpretation: Compile and analyze data using appropriate statistical and analytical methods, and assist in data interpretation and presentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Education: A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Biology is preferred. Experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
  2. Experience: Prior laboratory experience through academic coursework, internships, or employment (1-2 years preferred).
  3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities：
    • Familiarity with common laboratory techniques and procedures.
    • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and scientific software tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
