**Job Title:** Senior Backend Architect
About the Role:

The Senior Backend Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing scalable backend systems using modern technologies. This includes creating efficient architecture, performance optimization, and system design.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Talk to customers to understand their pain points and requests.
  • Design and plan potential solutions.
  • Write the backend code for new features.
  • Work with and improve our Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration.
  • Set up infrastructure for new features.
  • Implement data observability and error tracking.
  • Test features through manual e2e tests and automated integration tests.
  • Fight fires by knowing when to deploy a quick fix and when to solve a bug permanently.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in building robust and performant backend systems using modern technologies like Python, FastAPI, Cloud Load Balancing, Redis, asyncio, OAuth2.0, Pub/Sub (Protobuf), and Google Firestore.
  • Experience working with LLM libraries like Langgraph and Pinecone.
  • Deep understanding of backend development best practices including system design, performance optimization, async frameworks, and scalable architecture.
  • Ability to take initiative and get things done quickly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
