We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in testing our electronic logging device (ELD) and non-ELD integrated software features.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute verification plans for weekly releases.
- Own all quality assurance artifacts and processes.
- Identify execution gaps and implement process improvements.
- Investigate and resolve customer-facing issues.
- Collaborate with leads to identify potential customer issues.
- Document defects, errors, and inconsistencies in web and mobile applications, as well as ELD functions, outputs, online screens, and content.
- Take ownership of end-to-end testing.
- 2+ years of experience in software testing.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Agile testing life cycles.
- Ability to take ownership of manual testing tasks.
- Experience in both manual testing and automation.
- Understanding of software design specifications.
- Ability to create test cases.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
- UI automation skills a plus.
- Knowledge of issue tracking tools.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Keen interest in programming languages and code reviews.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts.
