Senior IT Director

This is a leadership role responsible for the overall direction and management of IT operations.

  1. A sound working knowledge of IT infrastructure is essential.
  2. Strong leadership skills, effective communication skills, and experience in managing complex IT teams are required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences.
  • Experience in Microsoft Server administration and support.

The selected candidate will be responsible for heading the whole IT team including the IT Manager and other IT staff. They will also oversee the implementation and coordination of complex information technology infrastructure focused on VOIP and Networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To design, develop, implement, monitor, and follow through on complex information technology infrastructure projects.
  2. To manage and coordinate with the IT team to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences.
  • Experience and certifications in Microsoft Server administration and support.

Additional Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience of designing, developing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and following through on complex information technology infrastructure focused on VOIP and Networks.
  • Certifications related to Server Administration, IT infrastructure, and VOIP (not limited to but including advanced CISCO certifications).
  • Working knowledge of contact center networks and contact center related IT infrastructure.
