Senior Production Operations Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the mechanical and electrical aspects of the facility, infrastructure, and equipment.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with expertise in production line management and optimization using automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and improve the operational efficiency of production lines.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Applicants should hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have relevant work experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to adapt quickly, and fluent in English.

A background in mechanical or electronic engineering is an asset for this role.

Candidates with experience in automated production lines, PLCs, heating and cooling systems, and injection molding are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
