Financial Data Professional

We are seeking a meticulous and organized professional to develop and maintain our financial databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting and handling financial data and reports for our automated financial systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

In addition to this key responsibility, the successful candidate will assist senior team members in liaising with stakeholders and completing other assigned tasks as needed.

A strong candidate will also be tasked with monitoring office supplies and replenishing stock levels to maintain a well-stocked and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts records
  • Create invoices and delivery challans in a timely and efficient manner
  • Lead and supervise functions related to Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and Secretary works
  • Manage the Accounts and Finance Department separately, ensuring smooth operations
  • Process international trade and imports, including necessary documentation and compliance

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
