Skilled Plastering Contractor Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced plastering contractor to oversee and execute plastering and finishing tasks in residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes and timely project completion. Strong technical expertise and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Surface Preparation
  • Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
  • Plasterboard InstallationMeasure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas.
  • Finishing TouchesApply plaster or other finishes using hand tools or machinery.
  • Create textured or decorative finishes according to client specifications.
  • Safety and Quality ControlRepair damaged or cracked surfaces. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
  • Communication and TeamworkCommunicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates. Coordinate with other tradespeople for efficient workflow.
  • Project ManagementManage project budgets, materials, and timelines effectively.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a plasterer or similar role in contracting.
  • In-depth knowledge of various plaster types, finishes, and techniques.
  • Attention to DetailStrong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
  • Physical StaminaPhysical stamina for long periods and lifting heavy materials.
  • Effective CommunicationEffective communication skills and teamwork ability.
  • Safety KnowledgeKnowledge of safety regulations in construction.
  • Valid Driver's LicenseValid driver's license preferred.

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract: This is a contract position involving multiple projects, with varying durations.

Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan. Candidates from all nationalities legally eligible to work in Pakistan are welcome.
