The role of a Production Support Officer involves contributing to the growth and profitability of our organization by processing liquid products in accordance with GMP and local regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a DAE qualification, 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, effective communication skills, strong team collaboration and relationship management skills, and high attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include discussing daily planning and work schedules with the Department Head, operating, executing, and supervising operations in Liquids Value Stream, following up on production activities per schedule to achieve a high ASP target, and supporting other departments.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders, participating with OE team to achieve OE targets, and ensuring timely delivery of batch-related documents.

The successful candidate will be required to adhere to SOPs, coordinate with Engineering for maintenance of equipment, attend EHS, QMS, and GMP training to enhance professional and technical knowledge, and ensure GMP and QMS compliance within the department.

The role also involves providing in-house training on SOPs & BPRs for staff, ensuring QMS is implemented and used in relevant areas, and utilizing available resources to maximize company and customer satisfaction.

In addition, the candidate will be expected to operate effectively in a team environment, utilize analytical skills to optimize processes, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
