Video Editor Position

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to create high-quality content for YouTube channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with video editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere and After Effects, and a strong understanding of YouTube content strategies, including SEO, audience retention, and monetization.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble video content for YouTube channels, ensuring engaging and visually appealing videos that capture viewers' attention.
  • Add animations, graphics, and effects to enhance viewer engagement and create a unique viewing experience.
  • Synchronize voice-overs with visuals, ensuring smooth transitions and proper pacing.
  • Maintain the established tone, pacing, and style of each channel.
  • Optimize videos for YouTube by implementing best practices for length, format, and resolution.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.
  • Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and content best practices to ensure maximum audience retention and engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in the niche of YouTube Cash Cow or similar channels.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube content strategies, including SEO, audience retention, and monetization.
  • Ability to create engaging, fast-paced content that holds the viewer's attention.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, and sound design.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with different YouTube niches, such as finance, lifestyle, entertainment, is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working specifically on YouTube Cash Cow channels.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your editing work in Cash Cow or similar video niches.
