Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance on immigration service delivery for legal compliance.
  • Manage Remote products and services to guarantee immigration compliance.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Create customized immigration services to boost revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assess, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with immigration law knowledge and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Handle complex cases, determine when senior review is required, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Counsel on travel needs, advise on immigration processes, and serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases.
  • Manage case statuses using case management systems.
  • Apply immigration expertise to provide solution-based responses for intricate client cases.
