Job Description:

The role of Automation Engineer at Plutus21 Partners involves driving process automation across internal systems and client operations.

  • Design and implement end-to-end workflow automations across multiple platforms and business units
  • Build and maintain custom scripts and tools using Python and Google App Scripts
  • Integrate and manage APIs for cross-platform connectivity and data exchange
  • Leverage SQL for data manipulation, reporting, and supporting automated processes
  • Apply prompt engineering and natural language processing (NLP) techniques for AI-driven tasks and optimizations
  • Develop and deploy marketing automation workflows to support growth and engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions
  • Maintain clear documentation and ensure quality assurance in all automations built

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with workflow design and process automation
  • Strong command of SQL and Python for scripting and data handling
  • Hands-on experience with Google App Scripts or similar automation scripting tools
  • Solid understanding of API integration and working with RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and natural language processing (NLP) concepts
  • Experience in marketing automation platforms or building custom automation for marketing use cases
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
