Transmission Equipment Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the installation and commissioning of transmission equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Train, coach, and supervise teams on site readiness, technical execution, documentation, and team KPIs.
- Verify site readiness, survey data, and material delivery against specifications.
- Ensure strict safety compliance and coordinate with multiple stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
- Strong expertise in Ericsson Transmission (Mini-Link TN, 20P/20PB/6P/MMU/6600 series).
- Knowledge of MW antennas (0.3m–1.2m+), configurations (1+0, 2+0, 2+2, 4+0, XPIC, VLAN, E-Band), installation, and troubleshooting.
- Radio experience: RBS 6000 installation, script loading, alarm clearance, and fault finding (2G/3G/LTE).
- Civil and site survey knowledge (TSSR, site planning, telecom installation standards).
- Basic software commissioning experience.
- Safety certifications: Risk Assessment, Medical Fitness, Working at Height, First Aid, Firefighting, Defensive Driving (if applicable).
- Bachelor's degree or Technical Trade Certification in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (NQF Level 4 or above).
- Minimum 5–10 years' experience in GSM field installation, integration, and troubleshooting.
