Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our mobile application across various languages. This includes conducting thorough testing, collaborating with stakeholders, and identifying bugs. Your role is critical in delivering high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing for our mobile application in English and local languages.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop test cases based on business requirements.
  • Document and report bugs; collaborate with developers for timely resolution and retesting.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about testing progress and escalate potential issues or blockers.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least three years of experience in mobile app testing or end-user testing.
  • Hands-on experience testing Android applications.
  • Proficiency in REST API testing tools like Postman.
  • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot using AWS CloudWatch.
  • Experience in e-commerce or fintech environments is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and experience in dynamic project environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
