As a highly skilled 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating and impactful displays that captivate consumers in retail environments.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing POSM elements such as island displays, gondolas, FSUs, catman, and promotional podiums that enhance brand presence. Collaborative skills are necessary to align designs with brand objectives and visual merchandising requirements.

This role requires proficiency in rendering high-quality visuals using 3D Max and VRay, ensuring design files are production-ready and adhere to quality standards.

1. Create compelling 3D designs for POSM items.
2. Collaborate with the team to align designs with brand objectives.
3. Render high-quality visuals using 3D Max and VRay.
4. Ensure design files meet production requirements.

1. Proficiency in 3D Max (with VRay), Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
2. Proven experience in designing POSM, displays, and merchandising materials.
3. High-speed internet connection and a well-equipped PC for 3D rendering and design work.
4. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
