Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

**Role Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our brand-building initiatives and drive project visibility. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with a flair for innovation and has a strong understanding of the digital landscape.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand image and support project success.
• Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, understand consumer behavior, and identify untapped opportunities.
• Lead advertising efforts, ensuring content development, media planning, and campaign execution are aligned with brand goals.
• Build and maintain a digital presence through impactful social media strategies.
• Develop a Social Media & Digital content calendar for all platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Plan and execute brand engagement events and sponsorships to increase visibility and customer interaction.

**Requirements:**

• Proven expertise in marketing strategy development and execution.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Familiarity with PPC, email marketing tools, and social media ad platforms.
• Skilled in building and managing editorial calendars and digital content timelines.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Marketing or communication.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing role.
• Real estate industry experience is highly preferred and considered an advantage.
