This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned HR Business Partner to drive business success by aligning objectives with employees and management. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
  • Develop and refine HR policies and procedures that align with company values and labor laws
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Analyze and generate reports related to HR metrics such as headcount, attrition rates, payroll costs, and employee turnover
  • Act as the primary contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Manage performance management, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and employee development
  • Organize and coordinate training programs to enhance soft and technical skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a related HR role
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
