- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, with a passion for adult learning and development.
