Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to assume the role of a social media marketing specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to amplify channel visibility and expand the subscriber base.
  2. Create and manage content calendars, scheduling posts and optimizing content for various social media platforms with a primary focus on YouTube.
  3. Engage with our YouTube community through comments messages and other interactions to foster an active and loyal fan base.
  4. Collaborate with content creators to promote video releases special events and collaborations.
  5. Monitor and analyze channel performance identifying trends and using data-driven insights to inform content and marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on YouTube.
  3. A deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm and audience engagement.
  4. Strong communication and writing skills.
  5. Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging content and building a strong online presence. They must have excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as a creative approach to problem-solving.
