Key Responsibilities of Ecommerce Manager

The Ecommerce Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the online store runs smoothly.

Maintaining and updating product files, ensuring accurate and complete product listings, and managing stock and inventory are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Product File Maintenance & Updates
    • Product names, descriptions, SKUs, HS Code, Product Weight, VAT Category, B2C sales prices (without VAT), B2B Sales Price, Placement on Website – category.
    • Warehouse locations, supplier info, purchase price, duty tax %, country of origin & languages.
  • Ensure all product listings are uploaded by the development team on time and ensure all details are complete and accurate.
  • Stock & Inventory Management - follow up of the stock, checking which items are low or out of stock, so we place orders in time. Checking all uniforms has size tables. Make a size table for the shoes. The size tables we can use on the new website.
  • Process daily orders and oversee sales.
  • Manage all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
  • Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year work experience in similar position working with ecommerce platforms required.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Strong experience in store operation management and customer service.
  • Demonstrated understanding of online marketing.
