Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations division and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies for the division.
- Manage the budget for the division.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the division.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the division.
- Liaise with other directors to ensure alignment with the Idara's overall strategy.
- Implement and maintain an effective system of controls throughout the company.
- Manage, monitor, report, and communicate in regard to financial and physical resources, administration, and budgeting.
About You:
- Demonstrate excellence & expertise in the fields of financial management, administration and operations, IT, and other operational affairs.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the environment of financial, administration, and HR planning.
- Demonstrate experience in the management of a team at a professional level.
