We are undertaking a significant initiative to transform our data landscape, making accurate and consistent data essential for our operations.

This role will play a crucial central role in this evolving landscape, working alongside the Technology Team to facilitate effective data delivery to the business. You will collaborate with stakeholders and assist by listening to the business and challenging processes for continuous improvement.

You must be competent in communicating with both the Business and technical teams to capture requirements for new data and solutions, translating them into technical specifications for the technology team to develop, test, integrate, and document.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with relevant business stakeholders to understand business logic and translate this into requirements for the technical team.
  • Translate simple business logic into technical requirements for the Technology teams.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and Solution Architects to deliver requirements that inform the solution and test strategies.
  • Assist the Sprint Manager in grooming and managing the team backlog as user stories, with input from system architects/engineers and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with sprint managers and QA leads to ensure efficient delivery aligned with business expectations.
  • Proactively drive process improvements across the business-facing side of the Technology Team.
  • Share knowledge across the wider business, collaborating with other professionals to document processes and ways of working.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with the business regarding the status of items and blockers.
