Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing local SEO tasks, conducting keyword research, and optimizing on-page elements. They will also monitor site health, fix technical SEO issues, and collaborate on content strategy. Additionally, they will track performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

To be successful in this role, you will need 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, proficiency in SEO tools, and a strong understanding of on-page, technical, and local SEO best practices. You will also need excellent communication and reporting skills, as well as the ability to manage tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform local SEO tasks including Google Business Profile optimization and citation building.
  • Conduct keyword research aligned with healthcare services and patient queries.
  • Optimize on-page elements: metadata, headers, internal links, and content.
  • Monitor site health and fix technical SEO issues (indexing, speed, mobile, etc.).
  • Collaborate on content strategy and execute link-building campaigns.
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Provide clear and actionable performance reports.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally with US clients or local SEO campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and local SEO best practices.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
