
Remote Executive Support

This role is a blend of executive support and accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage schedules, prepare agendas, maintain records, coordinate travel and meetings.
- Maintain staff files, track attendance/leave, assist with onboarding, manage contracts and documentation.
- Conduct market research; prepare summaries, briefing notes, and reports; compile KPI dashboards.
- Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations and statements, maintain CRM data, follow up on service requests.
- Request and compare supplier quotations, prepare purchase orders, coordinate with vendors and logistics.
- Bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing, collections follow-ups, expense control, budget tracking.
- Degree or certification in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, office productivity tools.
- Excellent English (written/spoken), strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable remote work setup with full-time availability during assigned hours.
- Strong research and analytical writing skills.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
- Presentation design.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
