Key Responsibilities
  • Verify that all customer revisions have been completed on redesigned websites.
  • Pull the completed site list from Smartsheets, then import relevant data into Google Docs.
  • Manage site status in Wrike, ensuring active tasks remain organized and project task clean-up is performed, including marking assigned tasks as completed when approved for QA and moving completed revisions to designated folders.
Required Skills
  • Familiarity with Google Docs and/or Excel is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheets and Wrike is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in web design and/or graphic design is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools like Zoho, Wrike, or Asana is necessary.
