
Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
- Handle office communications and correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and office documentation.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (desired).
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
